Zurich Adds to HelpPoint
Zurich presents “Insights”, the latest evolution of its global Zurich HelpPoint brand campaign
Whenever people think of their future they think about insuring themselves through the best insurance company available in the market. There are many insurance companies available in the market that provide the best options and features but not all the features are good because they don’t work in the practical work the same way. Zurich Financial Services Group popularly known as Zurich has been in the field for many years now and they understand that the needs of every customer is different and therefore they should be treated differently rather than offering them a set of options and features.
In the year 2008, Zurich came up with Zurich HelpPoint campaign that became a worldwide hit instantly because it was designed to provide more options to the customers. However, now Zurich has come up with Zurich Insights which is an evolution of the HelpPoint brand campaigning. Insights is all about understanding what the customers really want from their insurance service company and how companies can provide them with better services that would strengthen the relationship further. Over so many years, Zurich has also been providing corporate insurance to people who working in hazardous situations like workers working in Panama Canal expansion project or any other worker working on any construction site in the world.
Zurich has taken an initiative through their Insights campaigning to understand what the customers really want and for that they have gone ahead and talked to many customers. They found that not all the customers were happy with the options they had provided because they all had different requirements and needs and therefore Zurich has changed the way it deals with its customers. Zurich has also made some changes to the insurance services that they provide to their customers offering them more flexibility and features in the future. Apart from taking care of individual needs, Zurich has also been working on bigger platforms where they are helping people like the recent earthquake disaster in Chile. Zurich was among the first insurance service companies to provide insurance claims payments to their customers because they want to make sure that they get the right food, water and medicine on time.
